Well equipped holiday home for four

‘t Bakhuys is about 80 square meters divided over two floors. You enter the house through the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a gascooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and a microwave. There is a good range of crockery, glassware, pans and cutlery. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washbasin.

Enjoy the old atmosphere

In the living room you will find the dining and sitting area. Take your seat underneath the authentic mantelpiece and enjoy the old atmosphere: exposed beams, the original door of the baking oven still in the wall. From the sitting area you have a beautiful view through the french doors overlooking the garden and the paddocks behind it. Through the stairs you will reach the first floor where you will find ample space for four single beds.

Peace and quiet

In the summertime you can enjoy your own enclosed garden. It is 200 square meters with a patio area. Have your breakfast at the picnic table… take it easy in the afternoon sunshine… there is always a place to sit and relax. Enjoy your holiday!

·We offer the rental of kitchen linen, towels and bed linen. On arrival your bed will be made and your towels are ready in the bathroom. Read more about the rental prices.

·Internet is available and for free.

·’t Bakhuys is very well equipped with Tourist Information.

·You will find magazines and games on the shelves for wet day entertainment. 

·The owners live on site in the main house and will be at hand for any queries or help.

·Detergents, cubes for the dishwasher and refuse bags are available.

·There is ample parking at the front of ’t Bakhuys. Bikes can be placed in a shed.

·To keep the house comfortable for everyone we do not allow pets and smoking.

·For your daily shopping you can go to Kootwijkerbroek (3 km), Voorthuizen (4 km) or Barneveld (7 km). These towns offer many different shops.

·Bike rental is available in Voorthuizen (4 km) and Barneveld (7 km).
